📝 Rules for creating Minipages

Emistic provides technologies and services that enable the creation of minipages without registration. These Terms ("Terms") govern the creation of minipages on the Emistic platform.

Minipage is a demo version of Emistic's capabilities, created locally on your device – without an account and without saving on the server.

📝 Rules for creating Minipages

• 1. General information
  • 1.1. Creating minipages is free.
  • 1.2. Minipages may be used for commercial purposes. Use of minipages is at the user's own risk. The Emistic Platform is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of minipages, including for commercial purposes.
  • 1.3. Emistic does not store any data displayed on Minipages. The content of a Minipage is fully contained within the link (or QR code). Anyone who receives the link will see identical content.
  • 1.4. It is prohibited to create content that is illegal, may damage Emistic's image, or violates any Emistic regulations, is misleading, offensive, or harmful.
  • 1.5. The content of a minipage is the sole responsibility of the person who created and shared it. The Emistic Platform does not store the data contained in minipages and is not responsible for the content contained in the link.
  • 1.6. Minipages are temporary and non-editable once published. Their content expires when the link is no longer hosted or shared.
  • 1.7. Editing a minipage involves creating a new link, i.e. creating a new version of the page.
  • 1.8. It is prohibited to modify, copy, or distribute the source code of Minipages and elements of the Emistic platform beyond their use within the official platform, without the express consent of the owner.
  • 1.9. The creator of the minipage may not make any claims against the Emistic platform for any technical problems, data loss or unavailability of the site.
• 2. Reporting Abuse
  • 2.1. In case of abuse, please report the link where it was posted. Emistic does not have the ability to block content it does not host. For example:
    • if a link to a minipage breaking the law is in the bio on Emistic – use the → Help tab and select → Report content, and then follow the instructions to report abuse, which may block Emistić.
    • if the link was published on an external website – report it to the moderator of that website,
    • if the link appears on a poster or in a physical space, report it to the owner of that space.
• 3. Final information
  • 3.1. The owner of the Emistic platform reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions on the website in advance, allowing them to familiarize themselves with the new rules.
  • 3.2. By creating a minipage on Emistic, you confirm that you have read these regulations and accept their terms.
